Fresh off of being the number one overall pick and signing a new deal, Greg Oden was at the Blazers’ first Summer League practice. Kevin Pritchard says the team needs to strengthen the backboards now that Greg’s around.. Jarrett Jack and Sergio Rodriguez think Oden’s “big”. Thanks fellas.
It seems like the Blazers were succesful at their image makeover. The “JailBlazers” are a distant thought since the new face of the franchise showed up. Oden might not ever win a championship but he’ll never embarrass the franchise either.
